Since 2003, Ronald and Louella have been running the pits and the pans together. Louisiana taught them how to cook. Cook offs across cities and states taught them how to feed a crowd. Their table welcomes yours.

Ronald leads the pit. Learning to cook in his early days in Louisiana, he has spent two decades refining smoke, spice, and slow craft, competing in BBQ cook offs across multiple cities and states.

Louella runs the scratch kitchen, from Cajun classics to the desserts. She keeps the Brooks table honest, warm, and unmistakably southern, one plate at a time.
